Our Capabilities
Sheeting
We do all our sheeting in-house. Because we make it ourselves, there is no delay after an order is placed, waiting for materials to be shipped in. Instead, we can start making your boxes right away.
Pre-Press Department
We will provide an accurate proof for approval before printing. Each proof goes through multiple checks to ensure there are no copy errors. Then we carefully check the printing repeatedly from start to finish to ensure color consistency throughout the entire project.
Direct-to-Plate
Our direct-to-plate system produces printing plates so printing is completely accurate over time. The plates are created from art files that your design team creates. The files and plates are then stored for future use. We maintain a library with files and plates from every project we produce.
Print Production
The print room at Hahn Packaging is full of the latest printing technology. We utilize the latest press machinery and a very stringent quality control process to ensure our finished product matches the supplied specifications.
Structural Design
Carton design is usually the first step in our process. Our carton designers can create a fully custom design to fit your product and match your brand style, or if you already have packaging, we can duplicate that. As in every part of the Hahn Packaging process, quality control is constantly checked and maintained.
Die Making
The Hahn Packaging team create dies in-house. Dies for every project are maintained in a library to ensure fast turn around for every project, without having to wait for a die to be shipped. If a die is damaged or needs to be updated, we can do that quickly and seamlessly.
Die Cutting
Since we create our dies in-house, we maintain all the materials and equipment needed to produce them. We use the latest technology to ensure a quality product every time.
Finishing
Hahn Packaging can create folding cartons from the simple to the most complex. Plus, we have a number of options, including windows. Everyone on our team works together to ensure the quality of each piece matches the specifications of the client.
